Returns & Exchanges

At SAMESAME SWIM, we want you to feel confident and happy in your new swim. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how we can help:

Returns

  • We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with hygiene stickers and tags still attached.

  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of swimwear that has been worn, damaged, or is missing its hygiene sticker.

Exchanges

  • Love the fit but want a different size or colour? We offer exchanges for the same style (subject to availability).

  • If your preferred item isn’t available, we’ll issue a store credit.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the item passes inspection.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Store Credit

  • Store credit will be sent to you in the form of a digital code, valid for 12 months.

Faulty Items

  • If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us with photos at hello@samesame.au so we can make it right.

How to Return

  1. Email us at hello@samesame.au with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll provide return instructions.

  3. Package your swimwear securely and send it back.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item is faulty).
