Processing Time

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of purchase (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.

We ship worldwide.

Note: Our canned water range is only available for shipping within Australia and is not included in international orders.

Shipping Costs

• Free shipping on orders over $100 AUD
• Flat rate of $10 AUD on orders under $100 AUD

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location and are in addition to our 1–2 business day processing time.

Rest of World	7–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by factors outside our control, such as customs processing or courier delays.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These charges are not included in the price of your order or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the recipient.
